The Banda RENACER ( Santiago, CHILE ), was formed in the late June 2000, in order to rescue the folk traditions in the Northern CHILE, specifically as it relates to the “ Feast of LA TIRANA ” .Since then ,the band has participated RENACER with various groupings in different Folklore Festivals and Events in CHILE and South America such as :

- Festival del Huaso  de  Olmué of 2008 (the most important Folklorik Festival of CHILE, which is broadcast live on television throughout  CHILE )
- Festival Takuareé ( Guarambaré – PARAGUAY )
- International Festival of Song of Viña del Mar 2002 al the Quinta Vergara – CHILE – (the most important festival in Latin America )
- International Festival ITÁ ( ITÁ – PARAGUAY )
- National Folk Festival of San Bernardo (San Bernardo – CHILE)
- National Festival of Malambo (Laborde, Córdoba – ARGENTINA)
- Folklorik Festival of Maipú – CHILE (2007 and January 2008 )

Also Banda RENACER has received invitations to play with major Chilean Musical groups as :

       “ LOS JAIVAS ” (The Musical Group of most important and beloved CHILE, with more than 44 years of musical career ), the Banda RENACER, participated along with them at the Teatro ORIENTE  de Santiago de CHILE ( Heights of Machu – Picchu, October 2004), Amphitheatre San Bernardo (February 2006), Program “ LA TELE  O  YO ” ( March 2006 ) , TELETÓN 2006 (National Stadium – Santiago, CHILE in December 2006 ), Summit Bicentennial Maipú ( Temple Votivo of Maipú in December 2006 ), The Summit  of Rock Chileno ( Natinal Stadium – Santiago – CHILE , in January 2007 ) , Feast for Life ( USACH – December 2007 ), among others .

        “ HUAIKA ” , Banda RENACER, joined them in Feast for Life ( USACH – December 2007 ), SCD – Vespucio and  SCD  Bellavista ( Launch Disk HUAIKA ), also participated with them in the local “ La Batuta” . Significantly, which also participated in the recording of 2 items on the disk HUAIKA “ The Rite, Tribute to Eloy Alquinta ”.

        The Banda RENACER, has recorded, 3 disks collection of instrumental music of LA TIRANA.These recordings have been made Recording Professional Studies, with the different types of rhythms that run on the festival (Jumps and marches Diablada, Sambos Caporales, Sayas, Huayños- Cacharpayas, Antawaras, Tinkus, Morenadas, etc...) :

              September 2003 ( First Disc), January – March 2005 ( Second Disc ), April – May ( Third Disc ).

      Banda “ RENACER” is our name, and we have proposed  spreading respectfully in Santiago and other Chilean cities, as well as Folklore Festivals and Events from abroad, the wealth of different folk musical expressions that take place in those  parts  of the North  CHILE and our friend and fellow musician forever PABLO PIZARRO VALLES (R.I.P.)...
